Daban Account Deletion

Submit a request in the App

• Open Daban on your iPhone and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Go to Me > Settings > Account & Security.
• Tap Delete Account, review the effects of deletion, and follow the on-screen steps to confirm Permanent Deletion.
• Signing out alone does not delete your account or account data.

Processing time and status

• After the request is accepted, the account is disabled and cleanup is usually completed within 24 hours of acceptance.
• The App saves a deletion receipt that you can view without signing in. Keep the receipt link private and do not share it.
• The receipt remains available for 30 days after deletion is completed. A sent request or a temporarily unavailable status does not by itself confirm completion.

What happens after deletion

• Your profile, wardrobe images, task records, public posts, and related favorite entries are cleared under the account-deletion rules. Account content and remaining Buttons cannot be restored.
• Records that must be retained by law or for another necessary purpose disclosed in the Privacy Policy are handled according to that policy.
• If Sign in with Apple authorization cannot be removed automatically, the App or receipt will ask you to stop using Daban in your Apple Account settings. Account-data cleanup will continue.

If you cannot access the App, cannot submit the request, or deletion remains incomplete more than 24 hours after acceptance, email support@mryc.top. Include the App version, approximate request time, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, Apple Account verification codes, access tokens, or full payment details.
